José Luis Álvarez Macías

J.L. Álvarez has been a Lecturer Professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Huelva (Spain) since 1995. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Seville (Spain) in 2002. His current research interests include knowledge discovery in data, data mining and evolutionary algorithms, as well as extracting knowledge from the web.

José Luis Arjona

J. L. Arjona received his PhD degree from the University of Seville in 2005. Currently, he is a Lecturer with the Department of Computer Science of the University of Huelva, Spain. He worked as a software engineer and a software consultant for companies such as Isotrol S.A. and Norsistemas S.A., where got involved in several projects on electrical network modelling, digital TV, and e-commerce solutions.

Rafael Corchuelo

Rafael Corchuelo is a Reader in Software Engineering. He received a PhD degree from the University of Sevilla, and he leads its research group on Distributed Systems since 1997. Currently, he work on enterprise IT integration from a software engineering perspective; previously he worked on multiparty interaction and fairness issues.

David Ruiz

He is a Lecturer of Computer Science who is with the Department of Computer Languages and Systems of the University of Seville, Spain. He received his PhD degree in 2003. Previously, he worked as software engineer for IBM in a Spanish speech recognition project and for the andalusian government. His current research interests focus on semantic web services, enterprise information integration, and automatic web page navigation and classification.
